We provide double oven installations, washer and dryer pedestals, washer hose replacements, dishwasher replacements, garbage disposal replacements, refrigerator filter replacements, and repair or replace water lines to the refrigerator.
Assisted Living Modifications
We install grab bars, wheelchair ramps, handrails, levers on doors, shower wand installation, corner protectors, and improved interior lighting.
Attic Ladder Installation
We install or replace standard attic ladders!
Caulking
We can re-caulk kitchens and baths, minor exterior caulking, and driveway cracks.
Cabinets
We install pre-fabricated cabinets in laundry rooms, minor cabinet repairs, drawer pulls, and door handle installation.
Ceiling Fans
We install owner-supplied fans on existing circuits or new circuits, swap out current electrical boxes for fan-rated boxes, we are equipped for high ceilings
Commercial Property Maintenance
We work for several property managers and we can perform most basic commercial property maintenance and repairs.
Doors
We can install new pre-hung doors, install new door slabs, prep for hinges, knobs, and deadbolts, door re-alignment, door casing repair, bi-fold, bypass, and barn door installation.
Light Deck Work
We repair or replace decking, handrails, balusters, stair treads, minor structural repair.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
We are equipped for both through-the-wall and through-the-roof dryer vent cleaning projects.
Drywall Repair
We perform small drywall replacement or repair projects (1 sheet or less), texture matching, tenant damage, door knob holes, and slight water damage.
Flooring
We are equipped and experienced with floor tile, VCT, LVP, Pergo, and other interlocking plank flooring.
Furniture Assembly
We will gladly assemble desks, pantries, beds, cribs, TV stands, entertainment centers, etc. Experienced with Wayfair and IKEA.
Gate Repair
Gate repair and replacement, gate tune-up, and install new gate hardware.
Garage Doors
We lubricate, replace rollers, adjust rails, adjust openers, or install a new opener.
Gutter Cleaning
Gutter cleaning 1 or 2 stories, install downspout extensions. We do not install gutters or gutter guards.
Home Repair Services
Small jobs, replacing trim around windows, weatherproofing, door seals, and most other typical handyman-related tasks.
Home Security
We install doorbells, wireless cameras, motion detector lights, switch timers, light timers, photocell lighting, peepholes, etc.
Old Satellite Dish Removal
We remove and haul away the old satellite dishes that may be still attached to your home from previous service or left behind by the past owners/tenants.
Picture, Art, and Mirror Hanging
Heavy mirrors and shelves, general picture and art hanging, creative picture arrays, accurate and level multi-picture displays.
inspection & punch lists
New home setup, presale punch lists, and inspection objection repair lists. Tenant repairs after moving out and prepping rentals for the market.

Storm Door Repair or Replacement
We can repair closers, latches and hinges or replace the storm door altogether.
Tiling
Backsplash installation, tile repair, grout touchup, small shower or floor tile jobs, typically nothing more than 100 SF.
TV Installation
We do all of the general TV mounting tasks including adding an outlet, hiding wires, cable management, and setting up connections to wifi and other devices.
